/ Responsibilities :
- Candidates must demonstrate extensive payments domain expertise, including:
- Deep knowledge of high value payments (HVP) and low value payments (LVP) ecosystems
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) products and end to end FX processing
- Expertise in domestic and foreign exchange nostro and vostro accounting
- Proficiency in liquidity management across intraday and end of day operations
- Knowledge of risk management and operations processing within payments environments
- Robust familiarity with SWIFT ISO 20022 message standards, including payment, cash management and FX message schemas
Methodology Focus:
- Lean – eliminate waste, non value added activity and maximize flow (cycle time) from the customer’s perspective.
- Six Sigma – reduce process variation and defects to deliver quality,
error free and consistent outcomes.
- Lean Six Sigma – combine Lean and Six Sigma to deliver faster, higher quality outcomes at lower cost/complexity.
- Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) & Business Process Reengineering (BPR) – radical redesign for dramatic improvements in cost, quality, service and speed.
- Continuous Process Improvement – establish metrics and reporting, conduct operational reviews/health checks, facilitate and mentor improvement with leaders and teams.
