The role involves managing a variety of projects, including platform upgrades and process automation, ensuring successful execution and delivery. Sr.

Manager - Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address delays or blockers
- Act as the central coordination point across teams and business units
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
- Provide regular updates on progress,

Manager - Mandatory Skills:

- 5-8+ years of project management experience in complex environments
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Experience with risk management, dependency management, and governance
- Excellent communication skills across executive and operational audiences
- Leadership and influence without authority
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus Sr.
