About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team at a brand-new pharmacy in Scarborough, ON. This is a solo pharmacist position to start, with low Rx volume, offering full autonomy, an assistant will be added as volume grows. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through precise medication management and compassionate support.
Both permanent and relief/locum opportunities are available for this position,

Qualifications
- Licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)
- Experience with Fillware pharmacy software
- Proven experience in hospital settings with a focus on acute care environments
Able to commute to or relocate to Scarborough, Ontario for this on-site position.
- Strong background in pediatrics and patient-centered care practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
- Skilled in medication administration procedures across diverse clinical scenarios ← this one was missing from my last list
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping
