This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience polishing and finishing stainless steel products who enjoys hands-on work and delivering a high-quality finished product.
What You'll Be Doing
- Finish and polish stainless steel sinks to company quality standards
- Identify and repair scratches, blemishes, and surface imperfections
- Use hand tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets
- Practice safe lifting and material handling techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting
- Report any safety concerns or quality issues promptly
What We're Looking For ✅ Experience finishing and polishing stainless steel
✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
✅ Ability to identify imperfections and achieve a high-quality finish
✅ Manufacturing or production experience is an asset
✅ Automotive body shop or refinishing experience is considered an asset
✅ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Willingness to work overtime when required
