The Associate

Director, Stewardship, reports to the Director of Development and plays a key role in building effective donor relations strategies. You'll oversee gift accountability and collaborate with fundraisers, faculty, and senior staff to ensure donor commitments are honored. A champion of innovation, you will enhance donor engagement through personalized communications and stewardship initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead stewardship programs to deepen donor engagement
- Develop tailored stewardship plans for campaign donors




- Manage donor-funded activities related to major gifts
- Prepare communication materials for senior staff
- Oversee naming recognition and physical acknowledgments Requirements:
- University degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Fundraising setting experience preferred
