Need 1 to 2 Storefront Staff member to join our Thornhill location. In this role, you'll ensure customers receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized storefront. Daily duty including food preparing, some baking, taking orders from customers and making drinks/packaging food items; Cashier, inventory check and taking care of on line orders.
Duties
- Prepare food/ drink ingredients daily,
- Greet customers warmly and take food/drink orders from them
- Handle cash and card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the storefront, including food handling areas and storage area
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and minimal wait times
Qualifications
- Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not neccesary
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Good customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
Pay: $17.60 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 50.0 per week
