Drive impactful healthcare transformations with Health Quality BC as a Strategic Initiatives Leader. This full time role focuses on optimizing clinical workflows and reducing administrative burdens within the BC healthcare system. As a pivotal member of the team, you will lead and collaborate on various strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and patient care.

Reporting directly to the Director, you will engage with key stakeholders—including health authorities and government agencies—to implement strategic projects. Your expertise in healthcare delivery will be vital in developing resources and recommendations that support a patient-centered approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Build engagement networks with partners for strategic initiatives




- Collaborate effectively across diverse healthcare stakeholders
- Analyze problems and identify innovative solutions
- Develop tools and resources to support initiatives
- Oversee all phases of project management Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years healthcare experience
- Proven leadership in strategic health initiatives
- Competency in managing complex projects
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Ability to build trust with healthcare partners Contribute your strategic insight and project management skills to enhance healthcare delivery at Health Quality BC.
