An exciting prospect as a Temporary Casual, Student – Scope.
Type: Replacement Summary of duties, but not limited to: Working with the SCOPE team and relevant partners to achieve the program's deliverables.
Assisting with data collection, data entry and data management.
Assisting with the development of processes for streamlining the data collection and evaluation.
Assisting with development of SCOPE digital strategy.
Assisting with the work of the Evaluation Committee. The responsibilities described above are representative and are not to be construed as all-inclusive.
Qualifications Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (must be enrolled for fall 2026 semester)
Experience with statistical software is an asset Previous exposure to data management and evaluation is an asset
Experience with reporting and analysis is an asset
Highly motivated; capacity and willingness to learn
Excellent organization, prioritization,
and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills
Individuals with a demonstrated interest and commitment to advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in the health care sciences are preferred
Understanding various equity health frameworks and tools considered an asset
Willingness to respectfully engage with culturally diverse ways of knowing considered an asset
Proven attendance and punctuality
Professional behavior and communication that meets the standards of the professional regulatory college or association, as applicable, and the standards of Women’s College Hospital
This position plays a critical role in acting as an advocate for safety and will demonstrate principles, practices and processes that will optimize a safe environment for all
