Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Creative Workshop & Sublimation Specialist to join our team, help teach classes and assist the store during the busy season! In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sublimation printing process, ensuring high-quality product output, teaching classes on sublimation printing, creating your own lessons, and scheduling the use of the back room for these classes. This paid position offers an exciting prospect to work in a creative environment that will allow you lots of flexibility in dictating your own hours.

Responsibilities

- Creating and producing sublimation products in-store
- Designing and developing new craft class ideas and projects
- Planning, organizing, and scheduling craft classes
- Preparing materials and supplies for classes
- Teaching and assisting customers during craft classes
- Keeping the craft and sublimation areas organized and stocked
- Providing friendly and helpful customer service
- Occasionally working the store till and assisting customers with purchases
- Helping with general store duties as needed

Skills
- Experience in product development or research related to printing or graphic design
- Knowledge of sublimation technology,



equipment operation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of vector programs like Corel Draw
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and consistency in production processes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, comfortable working independently, and enjoys teaching and interacting with customers. Experience with sublimation, crafting, or teaching classes is an asset, but a willingness to learn and a passion for creativity are just as important. While your primary job will be the sublimation printing of our store designs and running craft classes, you can expect to be able to pick up more shifts as we head into the busy Christmas season. For this reason, some retail experience would also be a large asset.

Wage rate listed is the starting pay and negotiable based on experience and quality of work.

Pay: From $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 3.0 – 10.0 per week
