As a Success Coach at The Family Centre, you will work 0.80 FTE to foster positive development in youth through trauma-informed practices.
Your key responsibilities include developing individual goals, engaging caregivers, and facilitating group programming. You'll also support children in enhancing their cultural awareness and encourage community engagement, making a lasting impact on their lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet students individually to develop tailored support goals
- Engage caregivers to foster child development and healthy experiences

- Promote positive identity and cultural connection among youth
- Provide access to healthy summer activities for students Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Child & Youth Care or related field
- Proficient communication and management skills
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Valid driver's license and insurance required
