Reporting to the Superintendent, Mine Maintenance, the Supervisor, Mine Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all mobile equipment used in mining operations. This includes heavy machinery such as trucks, loaders, dozers, and drills.

The successful candidate will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that equipment downtime is minimized and that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and efficiently. Supervise a team of maintenance personnel providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Plan and prioritize maintenance activities to ensure that equipment downtime is minimized and that production targets are met.

Coordinate with other departments to schedule equipment repairs and maintenance during planned downtime. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns. Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, and inventory levels.



Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure that spare parts and consumables are available when needed.

Strong technical knowledge of mobile equipment systems and components; Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies and techniques; Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.
