BLANCO America and BLANCO Canada have proudly served the North American market for over 30 years. blanco.com The successful candidate for the Supply and Procurement Planning and Execution Manager position will support and participate in ensuring reliable material availability, standardized procurement processes, and proactive supplier execution. This role serves as the operational bridge between Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Finance,



and Suppliers by owning the end-to-end indirect purchasing process, supporting the implementation of the global purchasing platform (Onventis), and acting as the Supply Chain operations hub for supplier execution, packaging materials, and inbound visibility.

The role will establish, monitor, and be a first point of contact for internal stakeholders for the indirect purchasing process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Own execution of North American indirect procurement processes, including overall process ownership for indirect purchasing.
- Execute Purchase to Pay activities for MRO, operating supplies, packaging, and indirect materials.
- Oversee the end-to-end indirect purchasing process, ensuring approved Purchase Requisitions submitted by internal stakeholders are processed appropriately.
- Maintain pricing, catalogs, and purchasing information.
- Support implementation and administration of Onventis.
- Own replenishment planning for packaging materials.
- Monitor supplier confirmations and delivery commitments in SAP.
- Coordinate supplier follow up and expedite activities.
- Maintain accurate delivery dates and confirmations in SAP.
- Monitor inbound transportation and shipment visibility for all Blanco inbound shipments.




- Lead proactive escalation of supply risks before production or customer impact.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning experience required.
- At least 2 years of international purchasing/planning and managing inventory at multiple locations required.
- Excellent written, spoken, and visual communication skills. Specifically, well demonstrated capability converting complex concepts into easy to interpret stories that resonate across a varied audience.
- Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical and operational levels of thinking and working, specifically in strategy deployment.
- Superior interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills with the ability to work both cross-functionally and cross-culturally, specifically fostering productive relationships between key players and immediate team.
- Exhibit skills in developing & managing contingency plans, risk factors, and interdependencies. Also exhibit ability to build detailed project plans, including time, resource requirements, budget, and deliverables.
- Ability to construct and manage complex, sophisticated SKU sets.
- Solid knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP
- Microsoft Power Business Intelligence experience preferred
- Must have tolerance for a complex, ever-changing and dynamic work environment
- Ability to demonstrate good decision making in ambiguous circumstances
