We are looking for a dedicated, organized person who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
The Hospitality Lead plays a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth day-to-day operations during their shift. This position requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a high level of accountability. The ideal candidate is proactive, approachable, and confident in supporting both guests and team members, while fostering a positive, professional, and team-focused environment that promotes excellence and consistency.
Job Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service to every guest entering the tasting room.
- Monitor staff service levels and provide guidance to ensure consistent guest experiences.
- Supervise staff to ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed during opening, service, and closing of the tasting room.
- Train staff on procedures, menu and beer knowledge as required.
- Complete and verify opening and closing checklists for each shift.
- Complete nightly cash out procedures accurately.
- Review and sign off on staff hours at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns as needed, escalating when appropriate.
- Ensure all daily operational tasks are completed.
- Support special projects or additional duties as directed by the management team.
Job Qualifications:
- LOVE craft beer
- Serving it Right
- Previous serving experience an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to lift an 80-175 pound keg
