Summary of Functions A teaching assistant (TA) is a graduate student (or a student at the bachelor’s level if no graduate student is available) who is responsible for assisting a professor in a course. The TA performs tasks such as:
- Creation of quizzes
- Answering students' specific evaluation questions

Candidate must be fluent in French, the language of instruction.

(The distribution of these hours is determined between the professor and the student based on the needs.)
Hourly Wage (ref. RHR-204)
Undergraduate $22,44/ hour + 4% of holiday pay
Master $26,93/ hour + 4% of holiday pay
Doctorate $35,90/ hour + 4% of holiday pay
