Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Prepare and assemble a variety of desserts according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas and dining spaces
- Assist with food safety practices, ensuring proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to ensure quick service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
- Previous experience in serving, working in kitchen fast pace environment and cashiering roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
