Prepare and package food safely and accurately according to menu and recipes
Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following health and sanitation procedures
Work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while meeting production and service targets
Follow cash handling, ordering, and POS processes when required
Demonstrate teamwork by supporting coworkers and communicating clearly during busy periods
Be able to work overnight hours reliably and maintain consistent attendance
Lift and move food supplies and equipment as needed for overnight operations
