Introduction

Join our team as a key player in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll lead technical teams, ensure best practices are followed, and manage integrations and customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica)
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado) and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with data modeling, SOQL, and performance tuning

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 6 years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, Integration Architect)
- Experience in Agile methodologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Define Salesforce architecture and technical standards




- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
- Lead development of Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages
- Manage configuration of objects, workflows, and automation tools
- Implement integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across platforms
- Mentor developers and administrators
- Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Manage technical deliverables within Agile or Scrum frameworks
- Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
