This is a hands-on technical/product role for someone who can understand and challenge technical discussions, translate business needs into actionable requirements, drive technical meetings, manage delivery, and work closely with engineering, QA, business, and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in .NET/C# development, React, JavaScript, Azure, APIs, and databases, and has transitioned into a product, delivery, or technical leadership role.

You will act as the bridge between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring that teams have clarity on requirements, priorities, dependencies, risks, and expected outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Requirements

- Translate business needs and product objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Monitor Jira dashboards and reports to track sprint progress, velocity, blockers, risks, defects, aging items, and delivery timelines.

- Work with stakeholders to define priorities, scope, business rules, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Ensure development, QA, UAT, and production issues are appropriately tracked and progressed through Jira.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks early and drive them to resolution.
- Balance business priorities with technical feasibility, scalability, security, and delivery timelines.

Technical Leadership

- Lead technical discussions involving architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, application performance, cloud infrastructure, and deployment.
- Facilitate design and solution discussions between engineering and business stakeholders.
- Understand the technical implications of product decisions and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering leads to evaluate technical approaches, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Participate in troubleshooting and production issue discussions when required.
- Ensure technical decisions remain aligned with business objectives.

Delivery & Execution

- Own product/technical delivery from requirements through development, QA, UAT, production deployment, and post-production validation.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Track dependencies, risks, blockers, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with QA to ensure appropriate test coverage and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT and production validation when required.
- Help coordinate production issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder Management

- Serve as a key interface between business stakeholders, engineering,

QA, product, and leadership.
- Build trust and effective working relationships across diverse teams.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage expectations around scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
- Demonstrate strong judgment, people instincts, and the ability to navigate challenging situations.

Analytical & Problem Solving

- Analyze complex data and information to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Use data and evidence to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Break complex problems into structured, actionable solutions.
- Make fast, confident decisions in ambiguous situations while proactively seeking feedback
