As an Estimator reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates using advanced software and methodologies. This role requires interpreting tender drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and managing tender submissions.

You will lead Design-Build projects independently through all tender phases, ensuring accuracy while promoting effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately interpret tender drawings and specifications
- Perform quantity take-offs from project documents




- Formulate tender costs for various project components
- Prepare bid bond and insurance request forms
- Conduct customer follow-ups on submitted tenders

Requirements:

- University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of estimating experience in construction
- Proficient with commercial bidding platforms
- Robust analytical and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver’s license and experience with municipal works
