Job Title: Technology Architect – Machine Learning / Python

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect – Machine Learning (Python) with robust hands-on experience in AI/ML development within CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) environments. The ideal candidate will work on building, training, optimizing, and deploying advanced AI/ML and GenAI solutions while collaborating closely with business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) applications.

- Develop intelligent automation solutions using Python, NLP frameworks, and Machine Learning algorithms.

- Build, fine-tune, and deploy GenAI models, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

- Work with structured and unstructured data to create accurate and scalable solutions.

- Perform database operations using SQL and MongoDB,



including complex queries and data optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Infosys and Apple to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI-driven features.

- Ensure model performance monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

- Document architectures, workflows, model outputs, and system integrations.

Must-Have Skills

- CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) domain experience

- AI/ML development with Python

- NLP frameworks (SpaCy, NLTK, Transformers, etc.)

- GenAI & RAG model development

- SQL (advanced queries, optimization)

- MongoDB

Years of Experience in Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, Python, NLP, SQL, MongoDB, and CLM-related development
