Role and Responsibilities
- Understand product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution.
- Understand the various Agile ceremonies and processes and support an Agile squad delivering capabilities.
- Assist with analytics and reporting development using platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI.
- Wear dual hat of Technical Business and Data Analyst.
- Assist with squad management help identify risks impacting delivery and timelines.
- Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate into system specifications working with development team.
- Collaborate with teams to document both business and technical flow and deliveries requirements.
- Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and performing business checkouts during release and deployment.
- Be able to interact comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor and above degree in relevant areas
- Project management experience in matrix organizations
- Proficient in business analysis techniques and methodologies
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to document complex business processes and controls.
- Experience in using reporting tools especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI and database such as Snowflake and SQL Server
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good understanding of building data applications
- Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities.

- 5+ years relevant technical experience
- Coding experience in Python and API automation
- Experience in database
