Become the backbone of the Planning and Engineering Department at Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc as a full-time Administrative Coordinator. This role focuses on project administration and departmental organization. This position plays a crucial role in supporting TteS’s Planning and Engineering activities.
You will coordinate workflow, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among different departments and external partners. The coordinator will ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently, handling administrative tasks diverse in nature. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate departmental activities effectively
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes with professionalism
- Maintain departmental records, statistics, and documentation
- Manage inquiries from community members and contractors
- Track and process departmental timesheets accurately Requirements:
- Diploma in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of administrative experience
