Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Tow Truck Operator(1 TON, FLATBED, HEAVY) on the night shift, where you will be the driving force behind efficient vehicle recovery and roadside assistance. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized tow trucks to assist stranded motorists, recover vehicles, and ensure safe transportation. Your mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and ability to handle challenging situations will be essential in delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety standards throughout your shift.

Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles at various locations during night hours
- Assess vehicle conditions and determine appropriate recovery methods using mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills
- Provide outstanding customer service by communicating clearly with clients, motorists, and emergency responders in a professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during vehicle recovery operations to protect yourself, colleagues,



and the public
- Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, dispatches, and service reports for record-keeping purposes

Qualifications

- Min. 3 year tow experience or 3 years AZ experience.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ or DZ) with a clean driving record for operating heavy-duty vehicles
- Valid Tow License.
- Customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Certification or experience with forklift operation is a plus
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and traffic regulations during roadside assistance operations
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and focus
