We are seekinga hands-on, versatile MarketingManager to leadthe execution ofour marketing strategyandsupport the continuedgrowth of ourdecorative lighting brand. Working within asmall cross-functionalteam, the MarketingManager will beresponsible for bringingmarketing plans tolife across digital, print, trade,and sales channels. The ideal candidatecombines strong projectmanagement skills withgraphic design capabilitiesand the abilityto translate technicalproduct information intocompelling marketing materialsthat resonate withdesigners, distributors, architects, and end users.

Marketing

Strategy & Execution Execute and support in the development of the company'sannual marketing plan, ensuring initiatives aredelivered on timeand alignedwith business objectives. Coordinate marketing campaignsacross digital, print, email, social media, website, and tradeshow channels. Design and producea wide rangeof marketing assets, including brochures, catalogs, emailcampaigns, social mediagraphics, presentations, and digitalcontent.

Support a Graphic Designer in their workload, prioritizing efficiency and project needs.



Maintain brand consistencyacross all platforms and creatives. Work closely with the Product Development team and the EVP Sales and Marketing to develop marketing collateral to support product launches such as launch presentations, competitor analysis and product specification/data management.

Manage photography, video, and other creativeassetsin collaboration withinternal teams andexternal vendors. Lead all initiatives related to website enhancements, revisions and data. ~ Oversee product information data to ensure allremains accurate andup to dateacross allmarketing channels. ~ Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, Graphic Design, ora related field. ~Solid graphic designskills with proficiencyin Adobe CreativeSuite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Experience using Canvaand Microsoft Office. ~ Excellent written communicationskills with theability to simplifytechnicalinformation into customer-focused messaging. ~
