Mountain's Training Department for a 12-month co-op term, working in Calgary or Edmonton. This role focuses on Learning Management System administration, eLearning development, and course testing. You will gain hands-on experience while ensuring compliance and supporting a high-volume administrative workload. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with LMS administrative tasks and maintain training records
- Support eLearning Designers in creating and updating online training
- Test online courses for functionality and publish completed materials

Requirements:

- Enrolled in post-secondary education related to Instructional Design or similar
- Interest in corporate training and learning technologies
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline is a plus
- Solid attention to detail and effective communication skills
