In this role, the successful candidate will manage customer expectations ensuring the pickup and delivery of bins meet all customer and company standards Responding to customer queries Monitor customer cameras and schedule pick‑ups accordingly Schedule routes as per customer requirements A post secondary education in operations/logistics is an asset ~Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
