You will provide direct support to families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, helping with orientation, services, and housing-focused case management in a safe, well-managed setting. You will collaborate with Family Case Managers and the Integrated Support Services Team, maintain confidential records, and ensure shelter operations follow schedules and safety protocols.
