Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations
- Research and recommend suitable travel options including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation
- Book reservations and manage itinerary details accurately using industry booking systems
- Provide personalized travel advice, tips, and destination insights to enhance client satisfaction
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades to maximize client value
- Handle inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring clear communication throughout the planning process




- Maintain detailed records of client preferences, bookings, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth trip execution

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, destinations, and travel logistics
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for travel combined with a desire to assist others in creating memorable experiences
- Basic proficiency with booking software or reservation systems; willingness to learn new tools
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory
