Maintenance Coordinator The Maintenance Coordinatoris responsible for overseeing the scheduling, monitoring, and tracking ofmaintenance and repair services for CVOR vehicles and plants. This roleinvolves coordinating with service technicians, external providers, and varioussoftware systems to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

VACANCY TYPE: Replacement Produce work orders forall projects and repairs and ensure they are accurate. Track and schedule allannual safety inspections, PMAs and PMBs. Prepare repair list forevening shift based on fleet requirements and repair priorities.

Input all work ordersinto SAP on a weekly basis and report utilization figures to management. Receive repair requestsvia phone, email, and in person, prioritizing repairs to minimizeequipment downtime while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Parts & materials Maximize theproductivity and efficiency of service technician time and their assets.

Open all work orders,enter technician time, service reports daily,



ensure all parts are costedand close work orders in a timely manner. Be the Gatekeeper ofgarage telematics, ensuring that new units have GPS where required, ensurethat the Telematics are communicating, arranging repair of units that arenot and having telematics removed from sold equipment. Various administrativeand clerical duties to support the garage, plant and operations teams.

Other projects andinitiatives and described by supervisor and management Previousexperience in fleet maintenance coordination, garage operations or relatedfield. Proficiencyin SAP, Outlook, Excel, and other required software an asset.
