Job Title: Maintenance CoordinatorSalary: $45,895.19 - $53,252.58 - $65,564.57 (Explained below)Hours: 36 hrs/week (Mon to Thurs) Reporting to the Public Works Manager, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing contractor work, fleet vehicle maintenance, performing basic maintenance tasks (plumbing, carpentry, minor repairs), and coordinating staJ training and support. This role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive maintenance and fleet records, managing insurance and ICBC claims for SFN vehicles, and ensuring preventative maintenance and safety compliance across all facilities. Strong problemsolving skills, and technical trade knowledge are essential.

High School





Diploma. Possession of relevant technical knowledge, with a diploma or certificate in technical trade such as plumbing, carpentry, or building maintenance. Preference will be given to candidates with broad technical expertise in multiple disciplines.
