The Licensed Tractor/Trailer Mechanics will work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and other Trailer Mechanics to complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner by diagnosing problems found during inspections and prescribing the correct remedial action.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems found during inspections and prescribe correct remedial action.
- Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on the Bison fleet in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator, Tractor Mechanics, and other Trailer Mechanics.
Qualifications
- A Licensed Heavy‑Duty Mechanic (310T or 310J).
- Demonstrated diagnosing and time‑management abilities.
- Previous experience and qualification to perform Safeties (mandatory).
- Experience using computers to enter work orders.
- Physical ability to stand and walk on level and uneven surfaces, twist, bend, push, pull, crouch, climb stairs, bend and crawl, grasp, drag, lift and carry items weighing 50 lbs or less.

Additional Information
This job is classified under NOC Code: 72410. This position is permanent full‑time and subject to a 4x10 schedule (either day or evening shift; depending on availability at the time of offer). Hours of work are from either 06:00‑16:30 or 16:00‑02:30.
