About the Role

We are looking for experienced UKG Pro / Boomi Integration Consultants with strong expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions and integration technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with UKG Pro, UKG WFM, WFC (Workforce Central), WFD (Workforce Dimensions/UKG Dimensions) and Dell Boomi for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations.

The candidate will work closely with business, technical, HR, payroll, and integration teams to deliver scalable and reliable workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support integrations between UKG Pro and UKG WFM platforms.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Dell Boomi.

- Work with UKG WFM, WFC, and WFD/UKG Dimensions environments.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.

- Develop, test, deploy, and troubleshoot integration interfaces.

- Work with employee, payroll, timekeeping, scheduling, benefits, HR, and workforce-related data.

- Configure and maintain APIs, web services, file-based integrations, and other integration mechanisms.

- Monitor integration jobs and proactively identify and resolve failures.

- Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, and IT teams.

- Participate in integration testing, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.

- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications,



mapping documents, and support documentation.

- Follow enterprise security, data privacy, coding, and deployment standards.

- Support enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and new integration initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

UKG / Workforce Management

- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro.

- Experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM).

- Experience with one or more of:

- UKG Workforce Central (WFC)

- UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD)

- UKG Dimensions

- Valuable understanding of workforce management processes such as:

- Time & Attendance

- Scheduling

- Workforce Planning

- Employee Data

- Leave/Absence

- Payroll-related integrations

- Labor and workforce data

Dell Boomi

- Strong experience with Dell Boomi AtomSphere.

- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Boomi integration processes.

- Experience with APIs, web services, REST/SOAP, XML, JSON, and flat-file integrations.

- Experience with data transformation, mapping, routing, error handling, and exception management.

- Experience with Boomi connectors and integration patterns.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing Boomi integrations.

Integration & Data Skills

- Strong understanding of integration architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

- Good knowledge of XML, JSON, CSV, and other data formats.

- Experience with data mapping and transformation.





- Understanding of authentication and secure data transfer mechanisms.

- SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting is preferred.

- Experience with integration monitoring and production support.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of overall experience in IT integration / enterprise applications.

- Relevant experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG WFM.

- Experience working with UKG WFC/WFD/Dimensions.

- Strong Dell Boomi integration experience.

- Experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or related systems.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a distributed team.

- Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from an Infosys office in India.

Experience

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in UKG Pro + Boomi + WFM/WFC/WFD will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced UKG Integration Consultant / UKG WFM Consultant / Boomi Integration Developer who can independently handle integration development, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support across UKG and enterprise systems.
