Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in a lead role
- Expertise in Angular (v10), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in the telecom domain (OSS, BSS systems, network management, or similar)
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards
- Understanding of telecom industry standards (e.g., TM Forum, 3GPP)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers,



fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Architect and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript
- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Implement telecom-specific UI workflows, such as provisioning dashboards, OSS/BSS portals, and real-time analytics interfaces
- Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial
- Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
