Paradise LeisureScapes is looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team.
This position requires someone who is organized, safety-conscious, physically capable and comfortable taking ownership of shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy.
Required Experience
- Forklift experience is mandatory
- Shipping and receiving experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse controls
- Experience checking incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable attendance and consistent communication
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- Comfortable lifting and moving large or heavy merchandise
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming shipments
- Confirm product quantities, condition, model information and serial numbers
- Prepare and organize outgoing customer orders and deliveries
- Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with regular inventory counts and discrepancy investigations
- Organize warehouse locations so products can be found and moved efficiently
- Report damaged,
missing or incorrect products promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
- Work closely with the retail, sales and service teams to ensure orders are complete and accurate
- Assist customers with loading products when required

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
