This role requires someone skilled in team management, planning workloads, and customer service. You will maintain safety standards, coordinate distribution operations, and foster a positive team culture to enhance performance and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise distribution and warehouse staff within budget constraints
- Enforce health and safety policies at the workplace
- Staff, train, and develop team members effectively
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and storage of goods
- Manage drivers' schedules and maintain delivery standards Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations
