Role Responsibilities

- Load, unload, inspect, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
- Process and prepare orders, including coordinating parts procurement and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage of materials.
- Complete deliveries and pickups from suppliers, customers, and job sites as required.
- Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean, organized, and protected.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of shop vehicles and warehouse equipment.

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a customer-focused approach.
