Position Overview
Masters Remediation Services is looking for a motivated and reliable Utility Technician to join our team. This role involves supporting Lead Technicians on restoration and remediation projects across the Lower Mainland.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience or is looking to grow within the restoration industry, holds a valid WRT certification, and is comfortable working in physically demanding environments.
This position also includes being on-call on a rotating schedule for flood/emergency calls, with additional pay provided per call.

Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Technicians with restoration and remediation projects
- Perform site setup, containment, masking, and protection
- Assist with demolition (drywall, flooring, etc.)
- Handle equipment setup (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA units)
- Complete cleaning and structure treatment tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Participate in on-call emergency response rotation

Requirements
- IICRC Water Damage Technician (WRT) certification (required)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and various job site conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well within a team and follow direction
- Previous restoration or construction experience is an asset
