Select Door and Frame is actively seeking a experience Welder Fabricator to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for the fabrication of metal doors and frames as per company guidelines. The successful candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, show effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Job Duties

- Welding and Machining Frames and Doors on various project work sites.
- In house Door and Frame fabrication.
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and latching doors and frame fixtures.
- Coordinating frame inventory.
- Assisting with deliveries when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of worksite.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and policies.
- Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements:

- 2 years of welding/fabrication experience (minimum).
- Fabrication knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job.




- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent measurement and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass an in-house welding/fabrication test.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
