As a Clinical Supervisor, you will guide clinical services for individuals receiving support through Specialized Community Services. Your role centers on case management, conducting intake assessments, and developing comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise individual care for assigned clients
- Conduct intake assessments and develop care plans
- Liaise with stakeholders for coordinated support
- Monitor adherence to care and recreation plans
- Review clinical documentation to ensure standards
Requirements:
- BCBA, RPN, or allied health degree in progress
- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Transparent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Unrestricted Driver's License and access to a vehicle
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting adults with disabilities
