SUDS is looking for motivated, reliable and ambitious individuals to join our residential window cleaning team for our busy fall season.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in getting jobs done efficiently, and wants the opportunity to earn more based on performance rather than simply working more hours.

Our fall season gets extremely busy, which creates an excellent earning opportunity for experienced and efficient technicians.

Commission-based compensation is available for qualified cleaners who prefer to be rewarded for their productivity and performance. If you're experienced, fast, provide great customer service and want the opportunity to maximize your earnings during a busy season, we want to hear from you.

Window cleaning experience is a strong asset, but attitude, reliability and willingness to work hard are equally important.

What You'll Do

As a member of the SUDS team, you will:

- Travel between assigned residential properties
- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Complete residential window and eaves cleaning and assigned exterior cleaning work
- Work safely and efficiently throughout the day
- Complete assigned tasks




- Work independently while maintaining SUDS' standards for quality and customer service

What We're Looking For
- Ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
- Able to work independently and manage assigned jobs
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Previous window cleaning experience is a strong asset, but not required
- Driver's licence is an asset, but not required

Employment Options Permanent full-time applicants are preferred, but we also welcome students, seasonal workers and experienced window cleaners looking to take advantage of the busy fall season.
