Title: Workday Tester

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Markham, ON

Employment Type: Permanant or C2C

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute test cases for Workday modules and business processes.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
- Test Workday business processes, reports, security, and integrations.
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Work closely with Workday functional consultants, developers, and business users.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing.
- Support UAT and coordinate with business users during testing.
- Review requirements and prepare test plans based on business needs.
- Maintain testing documentation and provide regular status updates.





Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Workday testing.
- Good understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, or Time Tracking.
- Experience with Workday business processes and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
