Job Summary

Duties

- Plan and deliver engaging instructional activities tailored to the needs of adults and learners of varying abilities
- Facilitate group discussions, activities, and hands-on exercises that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Support classroom management by maintaining a positive, inclusive, and safe learning workplace
- Collaborate with community and team members to assess learner progress and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements

- Background in human services,



teaching or related field with experience working with adults
- Proven classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with learners of all ages
- Knowledge of math concepts and teaching methods suitable for young learners
- Understanding of trauma , learning needs and inclusive teaching practices
- Excellent organizational skills including proofreading and preparing instructional materials
