Share your passion for art and sports as a Specialty Program Instructor at the John W. Lindsay YMCA. This part-time role focuses on engaging community members through dedicated programs. As part of your responsibilities, you'll design and instruct six-week specialty programs that cater to diverse interests like arts and recreation. You will build meaningful relationships and provide necessary support to participants, ensuring a secure, inclusive environment.

- Develop and propose engaging program frameworks
- Provide coaching and supportive feedback to participants
- Ensure positive and clean program environments




- Promote relevant YMCA programs for participant wellness
- Adhere to all established YMCA policies and protocols Requirements:
- Current Intermediate First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Strong interest in health, fitness, and community service
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
