You will build meaningful relationships, create innovative programs, and collaborate with volunteers and staff. The role emphasizes leadership, outreach, fundraising, and administrative tasks to sustain ministry partnerships. Post-secondary education preferred, and alignment with our mission to help youth grow holistically is essential.
