Provide leadership and expertise in FP&A;, with a focus on executing short-term and long-term forecastsDrive quarterly forecasting processes, providing timely insights on financial performancePartner with senior leadership to develop strategic business cases and capital allocation frameworksEnhance financial models and reporting packages for planning, tracking and reporting on business performance and various initiativesDeliver executive-level reporting and presentations for internal stakeholdersIntroduce deeper financial insight with focus on product-level reportingCollaborate with key partners in the business, including Sales, Solutions, IT, and Operations to produce insightful financial analysis, analyze business drivers, and identify areas of opportunity and riskDevelop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements to enhance efficiencyCollaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate incorporation of significant transactions in outlook estimatesMonitor and evaluate key business drivers and trends to provide actionable recommendationsAbout You




Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or FinanceFull CPA designationAt least 8-10 years of FP&A; experience, with at least 5 years at a Manager levelExperience in FI/ Financial Services industry preferredMust possess solid communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence and ability to communicate variances and recommendations to Regional CFO and PresidentHighly analytical with attention to detail. Ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance driversIntellectually curious, and able to learn the industry with a high level of business acumenSelf-starter who will take initiative. Independent in work ethic and thought process, needing little direction to executeStrong Excel skills, including the ability to review/update financial models and manage large quantities of dataExperience with OneStream Planning and/or modern Financial Planning systemsA high level of energy, commitment and strong sense of teamwork are needed to be successful in the roleStrong process management, planning and organization skills to facilitate teamwork and coordinate execution of multiple deliverablesSalary Range
