Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of fried foods according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, including equipment and work area
- Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as portioning, breading, and assembling ingredients




- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to promote a safe dining environment

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred, especially with fry cooking or meal preparation
- Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols within the food industry
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used for frying and cooking processes
- Strong understanding of serving customers efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience working in quick-paced settings that require multitasking and teamwork
- Basic skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and maintaining cleanliness in a kitchen setting
