Requirements:

- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Complete Passenger Service Agent Learning Plan
- TSA - General Security Awareness certified
- FAA - Dangerous Goods Awareness certified
- Pass required OJT for Passenger Assistance Equipment
