We're thrilled that you are interested in joining us here at the Amynta Group! Position Functions Test Planning and Design: Collaborate with the development team to understand the requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications (UI/UX) to identify defects and ensure compliance with requirements. Conduct basic API validation using tools such as Postman Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools, and communicate findings to the development team for resolution.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality. Compliance Testing: Ensure that software products comply with industry standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of the QA process.
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst role or similar position
Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing methodologies, automated testing tools (e.g. Playwright. NBomber) and bug tracking systems (e.g. Test Rail, Zephyr, Azure, You Track)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify root causes of issues
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French is a bonus), with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues to non‐technical stakeholders
Detail‐Oriented: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‐quality work
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast‐paced environment
Preferred Qualifications Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE)
Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development environments
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java Script, C) for automated testing
