Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support patients' mental health needs
- Engage with an interdisciplinary care team
- Enhance community resource integration into care plans
- Promote effective health management strategies
- Maintain safety protocols in a clinical setting
Requirements:
- Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RPN Diploma or similar qualification required
- At least two years of experience in mental health nursing
- Complete required crisis intervention training
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team setting
