The YMCA of Saskatoon is seeking a full-time Membership Experience Coordinator for early mornings. Engage with members from 5:15 am to 1:45 pm while providing exceptional service and community support.
This position is ideal for those passionate about creating positive experiences for community members. Your primary role will be to assist new and existing members with inquiries and tours, ensuring they feel welcome and informed. Join a team that values community engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct tours for prospective members and facilitate sales
• Provide thorough information about memberships and programs
• Develop strong relationships with all members and staff
• Address and resolve member concerns promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment
Requirements:
• Solid organizational and teamwork skills
• Outgoing, personable, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must pass a police record check
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
